About me

Hi, I am a registered psycho-therapeutic counsellor with over 7 years experience offering clients a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what they are finding difficult and learn valuable strategies to support them in their process. From the very first session, you are able to learn helpful calming and grounding techniques to help with feelings of overwhelm and provide a sense of safety on a journey towards positive change.

My counselling approach is integrative, and blends various therapeutic methods to best suit the individual needs and goals of my clients. I combine elements of Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamics, Somatic Focussing, Relaxation techniques and Breathwork depending on the needs of my client. These approaches offer clients the opportunity to cultivate compassion towards their experiences, consider the origins of emotional patterns, shift thinking, release emotional tension and re-pattern underlying beliefs.

Regardless of the methods we use, the ultimate goal of counselling is to facilitate change. Together, we will explore what this change means for you, and I'll be there to support you throughout your journey towards emotional healing, personal growth and transformation.

I currently offer sessions in person on Thursdays in Somerset and online on weekdays.

I specialise in working in the following areas: Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Motivation, Self Esteem and Confidence issues, Compassion fatigue.

I also provide sessions in British Sign Language and Signed Supported English..

I look forward to working with you.
