About me
I have extensive experience working as a creative therapist and solution focused therapist with children, young people and adults. As a neurodivergent person I have lived experience of the challenges that can come up when you experience the world differently, so I offer an understanding space for those who feel excluded, lonely and overwhelmed by the world. I have extensive experience working with those recovering from trauma and complex trauma, using creative methods to find expression for experiences. For couples and families I offer solution focused sessions to improve communications and ways of being together.
As a Dramatherapist I offer a safe creative space to explore what might be difficult to say in words, as an Environmental Art Therapist I offer a creative way of working outside in natural spaces, utilising the beautiful and wild spaces in Swansea.
