A bit about me

Before entering the world of counselling I was in the construction industry for many years working in finance. But life took me on a different path and lead me to a healing path. I am a grounded, positive person who is non-judgemental with a friendly calming nature. Over the years I have experienced trying times, and have that understanding, compassion and empathy of how hard life can be sometimes. I know that when we are stressed, overwhelmed by events that have occurred in our lives that it is sometimes unclear how we can come out of those dark times. Let me help you to understand your feelings, overcome traumatic events and find a brighter path. Your past experiences do not divine you or your future path and talking to a professional counsellor like myself can help you make sense of things and bring a different more positive perspective.
