About me

Life can present us with various challenges, and finding the right support is crucial. Together, we can navigate the issues you're facing, whether it's related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, stress, trauma or personal growth.

I bring a deeply empathetic approach tailored to your individual journey. Through genuine acceptance and empathy, I aim to create an environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. You're not alone in this, I'm here to work together with you to achieve your therapeutic goals.

Our sessions are a safe space where your story is heard and honoured. Whether you seek self reflection, healing, or fulfilment, our sessions will be an opportunity for us to discuss your needs. .

I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.

Online counselling

I can offer you 50 minutes online (via video call) or telephone sessions for both short and long term work.

Online counselling can provide flexibility to work around your schedule and lifestyle whether it's through a video or audio call. If you decide that online counselling would suit you better, these sessions are carried out using Zoom, Google Meet or Doxy.

Walk and Talk therapy

I can offer you 50 minutes walk and talk therapy sessions for both short and long term work.

Next steps

I offer a one off consultation over the telephone for twenty minutes to discuss your needs and agree on an approach. This also gives us an opportunity to have a discussion and confirm whether I'd be the right therapist for you. Please contact me to arrange a call.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
