Online counselling
I can offer you 50 minutes online (via video call) or telephone sessions for both short and long term work.
Online counselling can provide flexibility to work around your schedule and lifestyle whether it's through a video or audio call. If you decide that online counselling would suit you better, these sessions are carried out using Google Meet, WhatsApp or Doxy.
Walk and Talk therapy
I can offer you 50 minutes walk and talk therapy sessions for both short and long term work.
Next steps
I offer a one off free consultation over the telephone for twenty minutes to discuss your needs and agree on an approach. This also gives us an opportunity to have a discussion and for you to decide whether I'd be the right therapist for you.
