About me
At HTC we work at your pace. We provide you with a safe and confidential space in which to explore the concerns you bring. I work holistically and have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, P.T.S.D and those who have lost a loved one, including a beloved pet. I am able to offer face-to-face or zoom sessions.
I offer an integrative based approach to talk therapy ensuring that the client's needs are met through a combination of practical and theoretical. Both long and short-term therapy is available and each client is treated as an individual. I am able to offer evening and weekend appointments and some concessionary rates are available, just ask when making an inquiry.
