About me
For in-person clients I offer a safe and confidential environment in the fantastic Jarrow Practice, I work with the Person-Centred Counselling method, I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Supervisor. For online clients, rest assured you'll receive the same level of professional service.
I offer a well-rounded service using a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques, ensuring the client is the priority, at ease with the sessions, whilst working in a positive and proactive way.
I am calm and respectful, non-judgemental and ready to support your journey to explore and make the changes you want to make to ensure you reach your goals.
I am also trained in Bereavement Counselling (via the charity Cruse) and I have developed my knowledge and skill in this area through volunteering with this wonderful organisation.
I am able to support you as you progress on your journey and sharing the tools so you are ready for the future.
