About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 24 years experience working across all age groups from children and adolescents to adults. I can work with a wide range of mental health difficulties (e.g. anxiety problems, depression, OCD, eating difficulties, Trauma,  perinatal problems, relationship difficulties, self-esteem etc). I also offer couples therapy sessions either online or in person. Face to face sessions available in Beaconsfield on Wednesday afternoons and in St Albans all day Friday.
