I'm Monica, the Director of Trauma Clinic and a qualified Psychotherapist and Psychologist. I hold a Master’s in Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and a Diploma in Higher Education (DipHE) in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping you build resilience and find clarity in your life. Together, we'll use evidence-based therapy to help you rediscover yourself and find your path.

I believe in personalising therapy to fit your unique needs. Whether it's integrating creative and art therapy or following standardised methods, you are the expert on yourself, and I will ensure that you always lead the way! 🌱

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Fees and Availability

I offer a free introductory telephone or video call (up to 30 minutes), during which I explain how I work and give you the opportunity to ask questions or address any concerns.

I provide sessions in person, via video call, telephone, or WhatsApp messaging, with the following rates:

£50 per session for appointments scheduled before 4 p.m.
£55 per session for appointments after 5 p.m. or on weekends.

Appointments are available between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
