About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and mindfulness trainer with over 10 years of experience offering therapy, both in the NHS and private practice. I work online with adults and young people with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger management, bereavement, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), low self-esteem and addictions.

If you are feeling stressed, low, or unsure about your direction in life, then perhaps I can help. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, but as a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in a range of therapies, and so can weave them together to produce the right therapy for you. Using mindfulness-based therapy, you can learn to step back from your thoughts, stop struggling with your feelings, and live the life you want.

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, so you can make sure that I am the right person to work with.

Finally, I believe that nothing matters as much in therapy as the relationship between therapist and client, so I aim to make you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to explore new ways of seeing, doing and being.
