Lincoln Counselling Centre

At the Lincoln Counselling Centre, we are a team of 15 qualified professionals who offer services ranging from Counselling and Psychotherapy to Hypnotherapy.  

We are passionate about the work we do, supporting a society that is becoming more aware of the significance of our mental health. 

To offer clients reassurance and ensure high standards of practice, we are all registered with Professional Membership Bodies, which provide guidelines for safe and ethical practice. 

While always working within our Ethical Guidelines, we are also unique practitioners, with a wide range of skills and styles, which better enable us to meet the needs of the individual clients we work with. 

There are a vast array of Therapeutic theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic. Our therapists each have their own specialised approach. 

As practitioners, we are each committed to furthering our knowledge and skills with ongoing professional development, which includes regular reflection on our work through Supervision sessions, reading and research as well as engaging in additional training courses.

We pride ourselves on responding swiftly to all enquiries and are often able to arrange sessions within a week of our initial contact. Some of our therapists offer initial enquiry calls prior to arranging the first session.
