About us
I work with children from aged five, adolescents and adult females. I am compassionate and warm, approaching the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, genuineness and acceptance. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including bullying and domestic violence, along with a variety of other difficulties, such as attachment issues, anxiety, aggression, ADHD, divorce, grief, self-esteem and difficulty with trust. I am skilled in working with children and adolescents. I utilize a variety of approaches, geared toward the individual client, including Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Psychodynamic, Strength-based, Play, Bibliotherapy and/or Expressive arts therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
Accredited member of BACP, MBACP(Accred).
Masters (MA) in clinical psychology.
Certificate in 40 hour domestic violence training.
Certificate in integrating wellness into substance use disorder prevention.
Certificate in CSEC.
Certificate in implicit bias and cultural competency for caregivers.
BA (Hons) in Music.
I have worked at several non-profit and for profit organizations, including foster homes, a domestic violence organization, and a national adolescent treatment centre for substance use and mental health difficulties in the United States. I have also provided comprehensive domestic violence education to adult females.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

My fee is 90 pounds per 50 minute session. I offer therapy online, over the phone, and in person. I am comfortable wearing a mask.
