About me
I help adolescents & adults that are struggling with feelings of anxiety, panic or depression. I offer trauma counselling & help with phobias & addictive behaviours. Counselling is there for people who may just feel stuck in their lives & need a fresh perspective.
I support neurodiverse people with ADHD, dyslexia & autism, also their families & partners.
Together, we create a space to map out what is going on for you. My aim is to give you ideas, skills & techniques, right from the start, enabling you to make a difference to your situation. I will help you find ways to deal with the particular difficulties you are facing now.
I offer couples & relationship counselling as well as support to families.
Training, qualifications & experience

Prior to qualifying as a Human Givens psychotherapist in August 2020, I worked as a life skills coach for neurodiverse people of all ages from 2005-2019. Also, I enjoyed a corporate career in sales and marketing from 1990 to 2004. I worked as a speech and language therapist from 1987 to 1990. I draw upon all of this work experience to support me in my counselling work with clients.
Member organisations
