Karen Bushdyhan Dip Couns Post Grad Cert Supervision of Couns. MBACP
I am a fully qualified Integrated Person Centered Counsellor/Supervisor with 12 years experience covering a wide range of issues. I offer 1 to 1 confidential counselling in a private setting. My fees are £25. My aim is to empower support and aid growth. Ring me for a chat to see if I am the right counsellor for you.
I started working as a volunteer with the Samaritans in 1999 and realised there are lots of people who benefit from a listening ear. It was working with the Samaritans that led me on my path to becoming a counsellor. While doing my Diploma I then volunteered as a placement for MIND where I learned a lot about mental health and my placement also took me onto the Psychiatric wards at Stepping Hill where I became a mental health advocate supporting people who were vulnerable.
So how can I help you .....
Are you feeling unable to cope with your situation, overwhelmed and confused?
Do you need to make sense of your thoughts and feelings?
Do you feel you have nobody to talk to or don't want to worry family or friends?
My main aim is to help you process and resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing - to help you see things more clearly and create positive change. This is done in a very caring confidential and supportive environment with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
