About me
Life can bring moments of pain, uncertainty and challenge that feel difficult to face alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous and meaningful step - one you don't have to navigate by yourself.
Nestled by the sea in West Sussex, my counselling space offers a warm, confidential and non-judgemental place where you can feel truly heard. Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, family issues, feelings of anger, ADHD, or navigating a difficult life transition, I am here to offer genuine empathy and understanding at every step.
As a qualified Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a First Class Honours degree and many years experience, I take an integrative approach - tailoring my support to your specific needs, circumstances and pace. No two people are the same, and each therapeutic journey is unique.
I also draw on my advanced training in mindfulness and compassion, recognising the profound value of bringing gentle, kindly awareness to painful experiences - including the wisdom held in the body. This allows us to work with difficulty in a way that feels grounded, safe and transformative.
I am committed to an inclusive, affirming and culturally sensitive practice, welcoming people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, abilities, neurodivergence and spiritualities. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
Whatever has brought you here - a crisis, a crossroads, unanswered questions, or simply a sense that you want to live more fully - I look forward to working with you. Together, we can find a way forward.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
