About me
Hi I'm Jo, my key model is drawn from a humanistic theory believing that every person has the ability to take responsibility for themselves, to change and to grow towards their own potential. I provide a healthy and non judgmental safe space where you can explore your experiences and feelings. I also draw on a variety of other models and approaches such as CBT and psychodynamic theory.
I treat each client individually and my values are drawn from the NCP framework. This includes working with honesty, integrity and courage. Confidentiality is key to our work and through the therapeutic process I will endeavour to help you access painful emotions and feelings and help you choose a healthy way forward which is right for you .
