“Is anxiety affecting your relationship?”
When anxiety is present in your life it deeply affects how you feel and interact with others on a daily basis, so exploring the roots of that anxiety can help you understand where it's coming from and how to decrease it.
However, it's important to understand that the aim is not to eliminate anxiety all together, because it serves an important function, it warns us of potential threats to keep us protected.
“Do you feel disconnected in your relationship?”
"Is depression putting a strain on the relationship?"
“Do you feel like your family doesn’t get you?"
Sometimes tension builds up in any kind of relationship because things are not said or they are misinterpreted because of the way we phrase things.
It can also be because we don’t share the same values and can’t seem to agree.
If this sounds like you, I’m here to walk with you through your journey to a more open and genuine way of communicating with your loved ones to have the relationship you want.
Begin your journey today! Email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
I was born in Spain but I’ve called the UK home for 14 years, which is where I began my journey as a counsellor and later specialised in relationships counselling.
I chose to become a counsellor because as they say in this profession "we are all wounded healers", life teaches you to be humble and help others when they most need it. Because when you grow up without any emotional support, you wish there was that one person who would listen to you without any judgement, and was with you every step of the way until you felt ready to make it on your own. That is precisely the journey I would like to accompany you in.
A world united by love and understanding without prejudice.
My mission is to raise awareness of realistic & helpful narratives different to those passed down throughout generations in society, so people can become more understanding of others and learn to love themselves and others putting aside our differences to become a balanced and more united society.
Equity for all
Let’s all be upstanders
Together we make a difference
Mental health = Body health
I am an Online Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialised in Relationship and Couples’ Counselling, working with UK based adult clients only (18yo +).

However, I also provide sessions through WhatsApp through the business app for those who wish to use this platform (taking into consideration that WhatsApp is not fully GDPR compliant).
I offer a convenient online service which is confidential and secure using end-to-end encrypted communication.
