About me
Welcome, my name is Jennifer. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and I am a registered member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS) and I offer Online or In-Person sessions.
There are a number of different options available when booking in with me and so, to make my services more accessible, I offer a free 20 minute consultation, to allow you the space to ask me questions and discuss how counselling can work for you.
I am a compassionate counsellor with extensive experience in the areas that I cover, and I regularly undertake courses to enhance and improve my skills.
I have a special interest in the impact of abuse and trauma, especially domestic abuse, and I work with the long lasting effects of, anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, PTSD, grief, confidence issues, conflict, work/life stress, burnout, relational difficulties, eating disorders, self-harm, trauma, childhood trauma and neurodivergence.
If you feel you would like to get in touch, please do, no matter how big or small, I maybe able to help. The areas I cover, as mentioned above, can sound very generalised but I believe our human minds are so much more layered than just words on a website.
During my career as a counsellor, I have had the pleasure of working with a number of different adult clients, from all ages and different backgrounds, all with a variety of different worries.
I understand that everyone is different, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore the difficult things we aren’t able to talk about in everyday life.
Being an integrative counsellor means that I can find a bespoke way of working with you, so that you can become the best version of you and move forward with confidence.
