NCPS Registered Counsellor (MNCPS, Dip.Couns)

About me

Of course — here it is with the dashes taken out:

About me
You might be used to holding everything together, managing responsibilities, being there for others, and carrying on even when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted underneath.

Perhaps you’re hard on yourself, struggle to set boundaries, overthink relationships, or find yourself putting other people’s needs before your own. You may also be carrying experiences from the past that still affect how you feel today.

I’m a relational and integrative counsellor, which means I tailor therapy to you rather than following one fixed approach.

Together, we can explore what’s happening for you, understand patterns and experiences that may be affecting you, and help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

My approach is warm, compassionate and supportive. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We can begin with whatever feels most important to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully trained integrative therapist, committed to offering compassionate, safe, and emotionally supportive therapy.

My qualifications and additional training include:

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Transactional Analysis (Personality, Emotional Patterns & Relationships)
  • Loss and Bereavement Training
  • Supporting adults affected by painful or difficult early experiences
  • Understanding emotional overwhelm, disconnection, and protective coping responses
  • Supporting people affected by emotionally harmful or violating experiences
  • Understanding the impact of emotionally difficult relationships and relational trauma
  • Managing Compassion Fatigue & Emotional Exhaustion
  • Safeguarding Awareness Training
  • The Freedom Programme

My training supports me in offering a gentle, informed, and emotionally attuned space for a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, grief, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.
