About me

Welcome, my name is Jennifer, I am a registered member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS) and I offer Online, In-Person or Telephone ssessions.

I am an intergrative therapist and have had experience working with the long lasting effects of childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, PTSD, grief, confidence issues, conflict, work and life stresses, burnout, loneliness, relational difficulties, eating disorders, self-harm and neurodivergence, along with many other related areas.

I understand that everyone is different, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore the difficult things that can feel too sensitive to talk about in everyday life. As an integrative counsellor I’m able to draw on many ideas, allowing me to find a way of working that is comfortable for you.

If you feel you would like to get in touch, please do, no matter how big or small, I may be able to help. I believe that so much can go on within our human minds that can make us feel confused about which way to turn.
