About me

My name is Jennifer, I am an empathic and passionate therapist who believes who believes in the many benefits of counselling. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment giving you time to explore whatever is on your mind to help you gain insight, clarity and a greater understanding of yourself.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can feel daunting so to make it easier, I offer a Free 20-minute consultation to allow you the space to ask me questions and discuss how counselling can work for you.

I support individuals by exploring the reason that things feel overwhelming and I help individuals come to terms with challenging events, thoughts and feelings by using a variety of different approaches, maximising change and helping you to feel empowered. Some of the areas that I work with are self-worth, stress including work/life balance, confidence, anxiety, low mood, eating disorders, relationships including domestic abuse, conflict, studying, anger & rage, grief, depression, PTSD, burnout, compassion fatigue, loneliness, childhood memories & event, abuse of all kinds including sexual and neurodivergence.

The aim of therapy is to help you become the best version of you, and move forward with confidence.
