About me

You might be used to holding everything together.

From the outside, things can look “fine” — you may be getting through the day, managing responsibilities, caring for others, or pushing yourself to keep going. Underneath that though, you may feel emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure why things feel so difficult.

You might not have the words for it yet. You may simply know that something doesn’t feel right anymore.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I tailor therapy to you — drawing on a range of approaches depending on your needs. I work in a warm, compassionate, and collaborative way, helping you explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences safely and at your own pace.

Many of the people I support have experienced emotionally difficult relationships, painful life experiences, anxiety, burnout, grief, low self-worth, or long periods of carrying too much alone.

I understand how past experiences can continue to affect the way we feel about ourselves, others, and the world around us — even years later.

My approach is calm, gentle, and supportive. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you never need to share more than feels comfortable.

I offer a space where you can feel heard without judgement, begin making sense of what’s been difficult, and gradually reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully trained integrative therapist, committed to offering compassionate, safe, and emotionally supportive therapy.

My qualifications and additional training include:

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Transactional Analysis (Personality, Emotional Patterns & Relationships)
  • Loss and Bereavement Training
  • Supporting adults affected by painful or difficult early experiences
  • Understanding emotional overwhelm, disconnection, and protective coping responses
  • Supporting people affected by emotionally harmful or violating experiences
  • Understanding the impact of emotionally difficult relationships and relational trauma
  • Managing Compassion Fatigue & Emotional Exhaustion
  • Safeguarding Awareness Training
  • The Freedom Programme

My training supports me in offering a gentle, informed, and emotionally attuned space for a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, grief, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.
