About me

I have been in private practice of over 3 years and work with people of all ages from 13 to 80, with many different reasons for coming to counselling.  I work with clients face to face, via telephone or video, depending on what works best for them. I can offer a flexible and varied approach to the work I undertake with my clients.  I use an integrative approach to my work employing different ideas and techniques from the psychodynamic, person centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt approaches and tailor our sessions accordingly.

I can offer you the time, space and understanding to help you work through what has brought you to counselling. I will help you unlock your strength, power and ability to find and navigate the best way forward for you. In a safe, calm and controlled space I can help you find the confidence to face, confront and work through feelings of anxiety, grief, loneliness or depression.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I have a NCS Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and ABC levels 2 & 3 in Counselling Skills. I have been in private practice since November 2019 and work for different charities offering counselling services. I am now on Bupa’s list of approved counsellors.

I work with clients from 13 - 80+ dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, loss, depression, loneliness, OCD and a myriad of other personal problems and helped them to confront, overcome and move forward with renewed confidence.
