About me
Everyone deserves to have a space where they can share their story while feeling safe accepted and heard. A space where you can be you. I will not judge you or your story. We all encounter difficulties in life, some may feel more challenging then others to cope with alone. I offer a space where you can explore such struggles that may cause us to feel sad anxious and overwhelmed, this could be a crisis that you are encountering now or a past experience that you are struggling with. It’s possible to work through this together. You do not have to tackle these alone. Maybe you are just looking for a space where you can explore your emotions to get a better understanding of yourself and grow. I will listen deeply and with compassion to understand who you are and what you are facing. All work is tailored to fit your needs as what you are going through is unique to you. I may offer you a different perspective while ensuring that you feel heard, validated and empowered.
I find working with the inner child can be really beneficial. It is a powerful tool that can help with trauma, dysfunctional patterns and harmful behaviours. I have found that this can really help with the healing process.
Therapy can help you overcome the struggles you are experiencing in life and come to a place of freedom where you are able to live your life with renewed hope.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
