About me

Are you who feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted from trying to hold everything together?

Perhaps you're juggling work, family, relationships and ageing parents, while quietly putting your own needs last. You may be struggling with sleep, constantly overthinking, or feeling a sense of dread that you can't quite explain.

Maybe life has changed in ways you weren't expecting. Change in circumstances job, university, children leaving home, relationship difficulties, divorce or caring for ageing parents, menopause or perimenopause,  can all leave you questioning who you are and what you need now.

If being the one who holds everything together is getting exhausting for you, therapy can give you somewhere to pause, breathe and focus on yourself

What therapy with me looks like:

I can offer you a safe, supportive space where you can talk without judgement. My approach is holistic and grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA) a therapy that helps you understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, feelings and relationships.

Together we can explore your current situation and work toward meaningful change at your pace. You can learn to:

     - quiet the constant overthinking

     - navigate life's transitions with more confidence

      - start to feel like yourself again

      - build healthier, more connected relationships

       - create space for your needs with guilt

Online therapy that fits your life

I offer online sessions making therapy more accessible and flexible. We can work short term around a specific issue or longer term, whichever you prefer.

If you are tired of doing it on your own please contact me and we can have a chat about your needs. My email is franbntherapy@gmail.com or you can call me on 07821 866212.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
