About me
Welcome.
I am a person centered integrated counsellor and I also use Psychodynamic approach and CBT as well.
I'm offering a warm, safe, non-judgemental, nurturing space for someone who feels ready to make positive changes and address difficulties that affects their day to day lives.
With active listening I will give you a chance to truly reflect on feelings without holding back. This kind of talking therapy can extremely raise self awareness which is the first step towards healing.
I work with a range of mental health issues like stress, anxiety, addiction, motivational issues, low self esteem, social anxiety, bereavement, loss, abuse, trauma, dealing with illness and changes just to mention a few.
I relish the opportunity to make a real difference. I always enjoyed working with people and I find my profession extremely rewarding. We are not the same, therefore our path to heal and grow can be different, just as our tools to cope with challenges.
I will assist you on your journey to explore the best way you can help yourself and work towards positive changes. Change is not easy and uncomfortable at first however it is necessary for growth.
I work with adults/young adults online using Teams, also sessions can be done by telephone as well.
I'm available for both short or long term work. We may decide on an open ended approach. We will of course review your progress as we work, the number of sessions will depend on it.
I also speak Hungarian.
I'm flexible, get in touch for more details by email.
