About me

Welcome. I am a person centered counsellor offering a warm, safe, non-judgemental, nurturing space for someone who feels ready to make positive changes and address issue(s) that affects their day to day lives.

I can help with a range of mental health issues like stress, anxiety, addiction, motivational issues, abuse, trauma, loss, dealing with illness, grief and change just to mention a few.

I relish the opportunity to make a real difference. I always enjoyed working with people and I find my profession extremely rewarding. We are not the same, therefore our path to heal and grow can be different, just as our tools to cope with issues can be different too. I can assist you on your journey to explore the best way you can help yourself and work towards positive changes whatever the issue is. Change is not easy and uncomfortable at first however it is necessary for growth.

I work with adults online (Teams) or through the phone.

Reaching out for help can be daunting for some. I am empathic and a good listener, I believe building a good rapport in a therapeutic set up is paramount.

As mentioned above my approach is mainly person centered but I also use psychodynamic approach as well and tools for CBT.

I also speak Hungarian.

Looking forward to work with you.
