Hi, I am Diana. I am a fully qualified, professionally registered psychotherapeutic counsellor with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I offer an individual focused approach, in a comfortable and relaxing environment in a peaceful calm rural setting, enabling my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and beliefs to achieve their desired outcome to ultimately enhance and benefit their way of being, putting them back in control. I will support you through your counselling journey for however long is necessary for you to achieve your desired goals. I offer a safe space with no judgement just warmth, kindness and compassion allowing my clients to explore the reasons they have come to therapy at a pace that is comfortable for them.

I offer a diverse range of counselling styles and techniques These skills and techniques provide my clients with a bespoke individual approach to their therapeutic journey enabling me to help and support them towards healing and in turn becoming more self-aware in how to cope with life in its individual challenges put upon them. Ultimately, they in turn overcome negative emotions and behaviours having learnt new skills and tools to put in place when required.

I have experience in counselling all ages including children and adolescents and adults. I hold an enhanced DBS and am fully insured.
