I offer talking therapy in a confidential, safe and relaxing environment. It may be easier to talk about personal issues, in an alternative place, with someone who is not involved and is totally non-judgemental.
Counselling is my passion! I believe we were born to be real...not perfect. My belief in the process, how it works and in particular how the working alliance can help you to move forward never stops.
Person Centred Counselling is a non-directive approach. It provides therapeutic support and enables you, the client, to utilise free thinking. It is a highly effective way of personal growth. CBT counselling enables you to examine your thoughts with a behavioural approach.

Our sessions together will be in an environment where you are free to express any emotions and feelings. This can be with the aim for you to see yourself as a person who can change and has the freedom to do so within the therapeutic counselling process. Counselling can be useful to explore present and past issues. It can help with many emotions and feelings if you feel anxious, angry, worried, depressed, confused, bereaved or have low self esteem.
