I work with Person Centred Approach and have a wealth of experience having worked in various settings. I have had a varied caseload, dealing with differing mental health issues ranging from anxiety, depression, self harm, OCD, family issues, phobias, panic attacks, low self esteem and more. Each issue being dealt with on a personal level and helping the client to gain an understanding and move forward. I have worked for the past 5 years with Bereavement and Grief, I have experience with couples relationship issues and alcohol problems and have worked as an alcohol support worker. I have the ability to cope with emotional situations in a patient and calm manner.

I work from home and you come to me, I also offer telephone sessions, I have been a counsellor for over 12yrs, I am available for appointments during the day 9am until 5pm or early evening 5.30pm until 7.30pm, please ring for full details.
Some people come for a few sessions, some for a few months and others decide to come longer term, it all depends on the individuals needs.
