About us
Hello, I'm Coral, a person centred counsellor. I work online, via telephone or zoom, whichever you prefer, I find both really effective.
If you enter counselling with me, you will be encouraged to bring your issues, and the sessions are led by you. It might feel like you wish someone to sort out your problems, but you will be helped to explore your feelings, beliefs and behaviour, so you become more self-aware.
If you are feeling like you lack confidence, and have low self esteem, maybe we could explore those reasons together, to give you the best chance of living your life fully.
You are the expert on yourself because nobody else knows what it is like to be you. In our counselling sessions, you will be provided with a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings and problems without fear of judgement.
You might wish to talk about;
your relationships
your childhood
your feelings, emotions or thoughts
your behaviour
past and present life events
situations you find difficult
Whatever you bring to counselling with me will be given the respect and confidentiality you deserve. Sometimes we need to become familiar with a counsellor before we feel we can confide, and that’s ok.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, qualified and insured. I am DBS checked for your peace of mind.
If you wish to contact me you can message me or go via my website - I offer FREE initial calls, and assessment to see if you wish to work together.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
