About me

Hi,

Feeling stuck? I work with people and relationships who have had experiences that they can’t shift. I focus mostly on relationships, with yourself, with the people around you and with the world. It can be hard to reach out and trust someone, I have experience working with people who have had a hard time finding the right therapist.

·       Anxiety, low mood, and behaviours that you may want to change.

·       Do things feel like they keep going wrong in the same way?

·       Do you have something you’ve never felt able to explore?

·       Is your relationship feeling like it needs a change?

·       Are you unsure of what the next steps could be?

Using a few different approaches, we challenge the way that you think and behave to find out what we could do to make the changes you want to.

I work both long and short term, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. There is always the option to change your choice to make sure that you feel in control of your sessions. 50 minute sessions for individuals, and 60 minute for couples.

If you have questions, I offer a free 15-20 minute intro call, to see how it feels talking to me and to explore any concerns you may have.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
