About me
I offer one-to-one and group psychotherapy and supervision informed by years of embodied somatic movement practice, and a deep understanding of trauma. I also offer consultancy and run personal and professional development training events.
My private practice is based in Selsdon, South Croydon in a friendly holistic and alternative health clinic, close to woodlands.
I offer sessions face-to-face in a beautiful studio, outdoors in local woodlands and online and concession rates for low income.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Creative Embodied Supervision: £90 for individual in person and £75 online and outdoors, £55 for online 2h group, £95 for in person whole day group.
