About me

I offer one-to-one and group psychotherapy and supervision informed by years of embodied somatic movement practice, and a deep understanding of trauma. I also offer consultancy and run personal and professional development training events.

My private practice is based in Selsdon, South Croydon in a friendly holistic and alternative health clinic, close to woodlands.

I offer sessions face-to-face in a beautiful studio, outdoors in local woodlands; supervision sessions are also available online.
