"It helps to talk" ~ when life hurts & you need to find your way....
Ongoing since 1980's ~ Personal & professional development, Life coaching and Management consultancy but specialising in Compassionate, confidential, integrative counselling/psychotherapy with a strong foundation in Person-centred Counselling, integrative listening care may also involve certain aspects of Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Reality Therapy with Choice Theory, REBT and NLP which may be introduced if it becomes clear that they are most appropriate for helping with the unique needs of an individual client. Every client and every problem is unique so I do not follow the theory that one size fits all!
Training, qualifications & experience

I work with adults, couples, older adults, groups and young people 16+. I have worked with children but am not a specialist and prefer to encourage parents/enquirers to look for a Counsellor who specialises in working with children.
