About me
I am a fully qualified integrative Counsellor and Supervisor in the UK (MBACP) with 6 years of professional experience, using different types of counselling. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I also have experience with clients who have suffered from narcissistic abuse, and struggling to make sense of it. I'm also here if you have a particular issue that you would like to talk through.
I have a passion for mental health and my heart is to work with each client to reach their own potential, and to nurture that part of themselves that has been damaged.
I can help you better understand yourself, give you the tools you need and help you find solutions to your problem, especially if you are feeling stuck. We can all get stuck sometimes and just need that helping hand. Your issues do not define you, and we will work together.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs.
I believe the relationship between the Counsellor and client is an important part for change and growth.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I offer a free initial 10 minute phone call to see if I am a good fit for you and your particular needs.
I offer face to face, telephone and online counselling.
You could have counselling in the comfort of your own home with zoom or WhatsApp.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
I also offer Couples Counselling.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
