About me
Are you looking to grow or develop yourself? Sometimes we need a helping hand to help us grow and support our wellbeing. As a Health Psychologist, I work holistically to consider your mental and physical health. Having lived experience of being a neurodivergent Psychologist, I am also uniquely skilled in supporting neurodivergent clients, life coaching (ADHD, sensory challenges and advocacy), self-esteem and moving into acceptance of self. I work with adults of all ages and young people. I work with clients who may wish for positive coaching, support with sleep, a wide range of health conditions or are perhaps caring for someone.
I am also particularly passionate about working in the areas of health management, pain, supporting young people, women's health and LGBT+ individuals. My therapeutic approach is informed by my training as a HCPC Chartered Health Psychologist, where I specialise in considering your health and wellbeing. I deliver therapy with a heart at all times.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BPS Chartered and HCPC Registered Health Psychologist, with over 8 years of experience in mental health settings.
I completed my Doctorate in Health Psychology in 2022 from Glasgow Caledonian University. I have a vast amount of expertise, where I can support you with your physical health, mental health and I specifically have a very large amount of experience in supporting neurodivergent clients.
In addition, I currently train psychologists across a range of doctoral programmes at university, lecture on Autism, supervise research students and currently supervise trainee Health Psychologists. I am a qualified Stage 2 RAPPS trained Supervisor and can offer supervision privately.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information
I offer 1-1 sessions online to support clients for a wide range of challenges and can support clients meeting a variety of goals. I offer support for young people, parental support sessions and 1-1 therapy sessions, alongside post-diagnostic support for a variety of health conditions and autism/ADHD diagnoses.
I have immediate availability for online video sessions. I currently hold availability for Saturdays and some evenings.
I specialise in supporting people to manage their overall wellbeing using evidence based approaches across all age ranges. I can support you with understanding your experience, behaviours and in managing your overall wellbeing. I specialise in neurodiversity, health behaviours, managing long-term conditions, responding to health events/injury, and importantly, your mental health.
My approach is to spend time getting to know you in our first assessment session, and make sense of the difficulties you're going through. We will collaboratively agree goals, and a treatment plan to progress through together. You can expect you feel very warmly welcomed by myself in therapy, and I use a range of modalities within an integrative approach to support your overall wellbeing.
