About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist working in London specialising in adult psychotherapy. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic space. My attitude to my work is one of collaboration, openness and flexibility, adapting treatment to suit the needs and resources of each client. I am particularly experienced with clients going through mid-life crisis or in periods of transition in life such as having lost a loved one, going through a divorce/separation or changing life circumstances like starting in a new place. Also, clients going through a depression, in search of meaning or on a spiritual quest.
I am trained in Analytical Psychology, a model proposed by Carl Jung. My work involves working with the discovery of unconscious motivations including dream analysis. I also work with IFS, a relatively recent evidence-based psychological model used to treat a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse among others.

Training, qualifications & experience
My am Counselling Psychologyst and Psychotherapist.
I also undertook an 8 years training in Depth Psychology, specifically Analytical Psychology which is the model proposed by Carl Jung. This is my main perspective of work and it involves dream analysis and the discovery of the unconscious.
I recently trained as Internal Family Systems therapist (IFS) as well. I see IFS as series of techniques that supports the analysis of your inner world. It involves working imaginatively with your inner personalities and how they affect your outer life.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
