About me

Are you feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed? Are you finding life challenging? Or would you like to talk through a specific challenge or situation with someone? Whatever you are experiencing, you don’t have to manage on your own.

I am passionate about helping others to grow, achieve and work towards the life that they want.  I am here to support you in finding the answers and solutions that are right for you.

Connecting with others and feeling understood is vital to our well-being. Sometimes, it can be hard even to talk to our closest friends and family about how we are feeling. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings or just to listen to those things that are hard to say to others.

My approach is person-centred, which means that we work with whatever you bring to the session. Together, we can explore your situation and identify any changes you may want to make, finding the solution that is right for you.

I have a background in education and am fully aware of the pressures of working in this environment, as well as the impact it can have on your life

I also have a great deal of experience of working with neurodiversity and understand the additional challenges this can bring.

I offer a free 20 minute phone call so you can ask any questions you and where we can have the opportunity to discuss the work we could do together.

Further information

How can counselling help?

Counselling is a talking therapy that helps you find your own answers to your problems. The counsellor offers a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk and explore your feelings. They will listen to what you say in a respectful way and support you in looking at your difficulties in a different way.

What to expect in a first session?

In our first session, we will form an agreement together so we both know what our work will look like and what to expect from each other.

From there, the sessions will be very led by your needs. We will work together to identify your priorities, therapeutic goals and work towards finding the solutions that are right for you.
