Offering clients a safe, confidential space in which to discover their ability to overcome obstacles, for anyone who needs support at any time in their lives.
Counselling offers the opportunity to take time to reflect, increasing self-awareness and positive change in behaviour and relating to others. Whatever is causing the issue, leading to unhappy or anxious thoughts, I might be the one to support you.
I am an experienced, integrative therapist, with experience in applied mindfulness-based psychotherapy, working in private practice with clients since 2011. Before completing therapy training, I have a background in coaching and leadership.
You can talk through whatever issue is troubling you. It could be short term (just a few sessions) or longer-term, on Zoom (online).
