About me

Offering clients a safe, confidential space in which to discover their ability to overcome obstacles, for anyone who needs support at any time in their lives.

Counselling and Psychotherapy offer the opportunity to take time to reflect, increasing self-awareness and positive change in behaviour and relating to others. Whatever is causing the issue, eg, leading to unhappy or anxious thoughts, I might be the one to support you.

I am an experienced, integrative therapist, using applied mindfulness-based psychotherapy, working in private practice with clients since 2011. Before completing therapy training, I have a background in coaching and leadership. I am advanced DBS checked as I sometimes work with vulnerable individuals.

You can talk through whatever issue is troubling you. It could be short-term (just a few sessions) or longer-term, on Teams (online) or in person at the Lanes Clinic, Norwich, NR2 1DR.

Training, qualifications & experience

Dip CP - counselling & psychotherapy (MNCS Acc)

An experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified in 2011.

NLP practitioner and trained over a year in life coaching, also qualified and experienced in hypnotherapy. I have a professional coaching background too.

In 2021 and 2023 I worked part-time for a mental health charity for a large banking organisation supporting staff and later, self-employed customers with therapeutic coaching in addition to seeing my clients in private practice.

I have experience as a manager and leader in a large organisation and can utilise those skills where needed within therapy.
