About me
If you are struggling with a relationship, then you are in the right place. I help people with all types of relationships whether that’s with a romantic partner, your parents, siblings, children, friends, colleagues or yourself.
I have experience working with people just like you, helping you to understand your situation and what you can do to make things feel better.
Perhaps you have a difficult relationship with your parent(s), or are you always in the 'wrong' in the eyes of your partner, do you find saying ‘no’ to someone almost impossible to do or just feel a niggle that something isn’t right?
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
Check out my video for more information.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Where does Counselling Take Place?
I work purely online so our sessions can take place from the comfort of your own surroundings with no travelling time. I offer a free 15-minute introductory video call so you can see if you would like to work with me and whether our diaries match. I can be contacted by email.
What Happens in a Counselling Session?
The way I work is that I see people on a weekly basis. I listen and help you to become more aware of yourself, the positives and the more challenging areas and the reasons why people do the things they do.
Through the relationship that we build, I hope that therapy can support you in making changes that you would like for yourself.
