About me

I am a qualified, registered and experienced Psychosynthesis Counsellor in Central London: Covent Garden & London Bridge.

I offer weekly one-to-one counselling for adults on a long, medium or short-term basis.

I can help you in difficult moments, offering a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental support.

You will feel understood, accepted and listened to; able to find more clarity and strength in yourself.

Please get in touch. We can arrange an initial session to get to know each other and find out whether the support I offer would be useful to you.

----------

Some of the issues I can help you with are: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, feeling sad, low self-esteem, stress, family issues, post natal depression, affairs, betrayals, separation, loneliness, midlife crisis.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, at the Psychosynthesis Trust, in London.

My post graduation is validated by Middlesex University and accredited by BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I am also currently training as a facilitator in Systemic Constellations, at The Centre for Systemic Constellations (The CSC), in London.

Working systemically - group and family dynamics - has opened a new dimension, expanded and enriched my counselling work, as I see the individual as part of a much bigger picture.

I am a registered member of the BACP, which sets the standards for the Counselling work in the UK, and I follow their Ethical Framework.

I attend many relevant courses, seminars and conferences throughout the year (national and international), have regular supervision and I am fully insured.

Further information

I practice from Covent Garden & Oxford Circus, both very easy and convenient locations in Central London.

* Covent Garden, London:

My practice is just steps away from Neal's Yard, an oasis of calm hidden in the vibrant centre of Covent Garden. It's a peaceful, warm and welcoming space for your sessions.

Shorts Gardens is one of the 'Seven Dials' streets, a London landmark.

Easily reached by underground, from 4 different stations: Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road and Holborn. All only a few minutes walk away.

* Oxford Circus, London:

My practice is very central and convenient. Only a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station, served by Central Line, Bakerloo Line and Victoria Line.

It's a space of tranquility and calm amidst the buzz of the city. Near shops, touristic landmarks and restaurants.

Mortimer Street lies in the heart of Fitzrovia, which is situated between Marylebone and Bloomsbury, and north of Soho, hence picking up its recent title “Noho”.
