About me
I am a Psychotherapist, Narcissistic Abuse Expert, Somatic Trauma Informed Coach and Hypnotherapist. My areas of specialism include working with those who have, or still are experiencing, Domestic Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse and Coercive Control to help support, educate and help you to understand, process and work through the trauma and other mental health difficulties this brings with it.

I am the CEO and Founder of the Breakthrough Therapy and Coaching Co and I work with both short-term and long-term therapy, for those who have more complex difficulties. This will be discussed during your initial session, but there is always flexibility in the way we work together and can be reviewed at any time.
I am also the CEO and Founder of ‘The Womens Breakthrough Coach’. A Coaching Practice that offers support and education to those experiencing or who have experienced Domestic Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse and/or Coercive Control. Enabling women to breakthrough the barriers of Trauma, Anxiety and Fear to living an empowered life feeling Validated, Confident and Free. I run a free safe and private Facebook group ‘The Women’s Breakthrough Lounge’. Coaching can be a very helpful and useful
Workshops and training are offered online and face to face on a monthly basis to organisations and the public
1:1 sessions are offered face to face in my modern, comfortable and accessible consulting rooms, or either via telephone, Teams or what’s app video call if you cannot/do not wish to travel to me.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a free informal telephone discussion prior to your initial appointment to determine whether I am able to help and to answer any questions you may have before we meet.
Fees are will be discussed when you book your initial appointment and reduced rate packages are available. Telephone and Teams sessions are charged the same rates
Payment accepted by either cash or via BACS online bank transfer
Organisations will be invoiced on a monthly basis
