About me
Hello, I am the Principal Therapist at an NHS Talking Therapy Service in London and I also offer private therapy sessions to individuals in clinic rooms in Brockley, Shoreditch, Lewisham and remotely, direct to your home.
I trained to be a CBT Therapist at the Institute of Psychiatry in 2011 and having been using these skills to help people from all walks of life and backgrounds ever since. My intention is to meet all my clients with warmth and compassion and to support you to make the most significant changes that you can manage in the shortest amount of time.
I provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to treat difficulties including; low mood, OCD, PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, body image problems, phobias and low self-esteem. These difficulties may have arisen suddenly following a change in your life or they may be more long standing.
I am also trained in Minduflness Based Cognitive Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy - especially helpful when the distress arises following a relationship breakdown, bereavement, conflict with others or work difficulties. I have completed additional training to treat anxiety and depression associated with long term conditions.
I offer a free initial call to introduce myself and answer any questions.
