About me

I am here to hear you.

Thankyou for visiting my profile. I am a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor based in Lewes, East Sussex. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their code of ethics.

I believe that you are the best expert on yourself and I aim to provide you with the counselling support you need. You can bring anything you want to talk about as the focus is on you, whether it's present day troubles or something bothering you from your past.

I invite you to enter a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore your feelings, frustrations, sadness, happiness and reflect so we can pave a way forward together. Let me walk beside you as we unravel and discover the real you inside and I can help you find the calmness and inner peace within you.

I have experience working with people from all areas of life and with issues of mental health problems,  depression, anxiety, low confidence, low self worth and medical problems.

I continue to attend numerous short courses and training as part of my ongoing professional development.

I offer 50 minute sessions over the phone or video link.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
