About me

I offer one to one and couples therapy either face to face or online, to folk who want to explore their lives in depth in order to find more joy and hope in this confusing world of ours. Led by you, we will look at present circumstances in the light of anything you feel is important. This will often include looking at the past,  as it can have more impact than expected and once understood it can lead to new ways of responding to unwanted emotional responses. From this new perspective I hope you will be able to find more satisfying ways forward.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been practising counselling most of my adult life, beginning as a rape crisis counsellor whilst living in the USA and finally qualifying as an existential psychotherapist in 2008.

I have worked with individuals from 6 to 76 years of age and particularly enjoy working with couples.

My present focus is predominantly around all aspect of relationship, without which we cease to be fully human.
