About me

My aim is to provide you with a trusting, caring and non - judgemental environment in which you can share your thoughts and experiences. By walking alongside you through your struggles and working with your feelings I will provide support to help you to help yourself in moving forward with your life.

As a life coach I can also provide support for you through your dilemmas, be they workplace or domestic related, to help you become more effective, efficient and ultimately to reduce anxiety.

I provide home visits and office based sessions for both individuals and couples. I also provide outdoor counselling with ‘walk and talk’.

Why not call me for a free telephone chat during which you can decide if this counselling style is right for you and if you feel we can work together? For couples, I offer a free introduction home visit or telephone chat.

For home visits I travel to Westhoughton, Leigh,  Atherton, Lowton, Hindley, Mosley Common, Astley, central Wigan, Heaton and Middlebrook. I look forward to getting to know you!

I have a background in adult training and workshops in conflict resolution and coaching related issues.

Further information

What can you expect from our first session?

I will explain to you the type of therapy I offer and you will have the opportunity to express any concerns and state, if you wish, what you expect from counselling. We will discuss the confidentiality of our relationship and both of us will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Then we will be ready to work  together!

I believe person centred counselling is suitable for almost every circumstance as it is about developing and nurturing a trusting relationship in which you can explore yourself. If, however, I believe there may be other therapies more suited to assist you, I will say so.
