Further information
What can you expect from our first session?
You will have the opportunity to express any concerns and state, if you wish, what you expect from counselling. We will discuss the confidentiality of our relationship and sign a confidentiality agreement. Then we will be ready to work together!
I believe person centred counselling is suitable for almost every circumstance as it is about developing and nurturing a trusting relationship in which you can explore yourself. If, however, I believe there may be other therapies more suited to assist you, I will say so.
With couples, I will ensure that you are 'heard' in your relationship and help you attain clarity within it.
