My aim is to provide you with a trusting, caring and non - judgemental environment in which you can share your thoughts and experiences. By walking alongside you through your struggles and working with your feelings I will provide support to help you to help yourself in moving forward with your life.
As a life coach I can also provide support for you through your dilemmas, be they workplace or domestic related, to help you become more effective, efficient and ultimately to reduce anxiety.
I provide counselling from your home address or, as an alternative, we can work outdoors with ‘walk and talk’ therapy. The walks I currently utilise are in Hindley, Leigh, Lowton, Glazebury, Aspul and Horwich. We can also work online of you prefer
I provide a free telephone consultation during which you can decide if this counselling style is right for you and if you feel we can work together. For home visits I travel to Westhoughton, Leigh, Horwich, Atherton, Hindley and surrounding areas. I look forward to getting to know you!
I have worked for a number of years, supporting young people in schools and colleges as well as providing adult training and workshops in conflict resolution and coaching related issues.
