About me
Everyone is unique, and I believe counselling is for everyone. I offer a safe and supportive space to help you gain self-awareness and cultivate well-being.
I offer online sessions daytimes and evenings, where you can explore presenting issues from the comfort of your home.
I hold face to face sessions in a private therapy room based in London, N4 on Sundays, Monday's 5-8pm and Friday's 3-8pm. I have a private yoga studio in the same building for yoga therapy.
I offer flexible times for online counselling, walk and talk therapy, nature therapy and yoga therapy. Including weekends and mornings.
With my guidance and support, we will work together to explore what counselling approach best suits you. Your sessions will be tailored to create a safe space to explore your presenting issues and for personal growth.
I practice an Integrative Approach. This means I offer a broad range of counselling styles based on what you feel is right for you. This may change throughout our sessions as you go deeper in your self-exploration.
Some approaches I offer are Person-Centred, CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existentialism, Gestalt.
As a qualified yoga teacher of over 12 years, I offer yoga therapy in a private studio which focuses on body and breath work to heal trauma. Other alternative therapies include nature therapy, which involves therapeutic sessions out in green spaces.
I work with a range of ages and hold an additional Diploma in working with children and young people.
I chose to become a counsellor after my own experience in therapy gave me the right support and tools I needed to move forward when I felt stuck. I was able to gain insight into what was holding me back, and I now wish to help others on their journey towards personal growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a fully-qualified counsellor, with a Diploma in Integrative counselling and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I am fully accredited, and have a additional Diploma, to work with children and young people.
I also specialise in walk and talk, nature and yoga therapy. I studied yoga in India, and have been a qualified yoga teacher for over 12 years.
I have a background in exploring our experience from the present moment through my practice of Buddhism. I regularly attend silent and solitary retreats to gain awareness into how to cultivate self-compassion, and in turn guide others to do so too.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
