About me
Hello. I am an independent integrative therapist. I don’t believe that one size fits all for therapy and use a variety of therapy styles to create an individual programme to support each client.
Finding the right therapist is a daunting challenge and I advise clients to ring around to talk to people before they commit. Making a positive choice to work with a particular therapist is a major mental buy-in for your trust.
I generally work from a therapy space that has been purpose-built. It offers a discreet, warm calm space to explore thoughts and emotions. Sometimes clients prefer a walk-and-talk session in the country park across the road and sometimes Video sessions are more suitable.
I run a warm and relaxed practice, often using humour, reflection and learnings from my own therapy and life experiences to relate to clients. I am in the process of training our Puppy to work as a therapy dog. Depending on how well that goes, she will be joining us for sessions and walks at client's request.
