About me
Helping others to discover themselves and live their best lives is a privilege. I learned from a young age that helping others brings me a sense of joy and meaning. When I am not providing support for others I am generally spending time with family and friends, practising mindfulness and gratitude, or catching up on my favourite shows.
I value honesty, integrity and peace and this is woven throughout my practice as a professional CBT Therapist... but enough about me!

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with years of experience helping others to overcome their common mental health concerns.
Before opening a private practice I was a therapist, supervisor and trainer in NHS IAPT services. I am able to provide a safe, confidential and comfortable space to teens, young adults and adults.
My main goal is to teach you how to become your own therapist so that you can live the life you want to. I have lots of tools and techniques to help you get well and stay well. If you are ready for change, or not sure whether this is the right approach for you, why not book an assessment and we can see how CBT can help.
