About me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor which means that my approach is to offer you a safe place to explore your feelings and help you find a way forward without me judging or advising you. I am not rigid in my approach and will adapt to reflect your needs.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a special interest in working with

  • Addiction
  • ASD and or ADHD/ADD
  • Anxiety /panic attacks
  • Attachment
  • Gender Dysmorphia

I work both from home on the eastern outskirts of Aylesbury and in the town centre.

How Counselling can Help.

Counselling can help by allowing you a safe space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged or rushed.

What to expect in your first session.

In the first session, I feel that it is important for me to explain how I work and you will be free to ask questions. In this first session, we may not commence any therapeutic work, that is entirely up to you and you will set the pace going forward.

What happens next?

Meeting a Counsellor for the first time may feel like a daunting prospect, so I try to make it as simple and reassuring as possible. Firstly, either call me on 07903 222501 and I will speak to you if possible, if not, I will call you back.

Alternatively, click here to send me an email through the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange an initial meeting
