Welcome to Rise Therapy Centre, we offer Counselling and Hypnotherapy services from our Centre in Colchester, Essex. We have a secure and confidential space to welcome you on your counselling journey.

MEET THE TEAM

LUCY SKINNER - COUNSELLOR

Lucy is a highly qualified counsellor, with a keen interest in working creatively. She offers a safe and non - judgemental space for you to share and explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions.

Holding a degree in counselling from the University of East London, Lucy also has specialised qualifications in understanding and working with those living with a Personality Disorder and is completing further training on Inner Child Healing.

​Lucy’s professional experience includes working with organisations such as Mind Charity and the NHS.

LAURA LEE - COUNSELLOR - ANXIETY AND STRESS SPECIALIST 

Laura has been a therapist specialising in Stress and Anxiety for over 10 years.

Laura can provide you with the professional support,  tools and guidance that you need to overcome your stress and anxiety. You don't have to face this daunting journey alone.
